This is a brand-new 2027 Bali 5.2, and she has not yet been crewed or chartered. Symphony Yachts is finalising her captain and chef ahead of her first season, based in Tortola from March 2027.

A week of the menu

  • Breakfast on the aft deck: fruit from the local market, eggs to order, strong local coffee.
  • Lunch underway: grilled snapper or mahi, callaloo, breadfruit salad, cold rotis on passage days.
  • Sundowners: rum punch with fresh nutmeg, plantain chips, conch fritters off the swim platform.
  • Dinner aboard: lobster in season, jerk pork, coconut curry, plus a vegetarian menu on request.
  • Provisioning is tailored to your party before you fly, allergies and preferences included.

Her home port is Tortola, British Virgin Islands, with charters ranging through the Virgin Islands and south to the Grenadines.
